Describe algunas corrientes llamadas reformistas y, en este contexto, analisa fenómeno de la postmodernidad. Pretende contextualizar estas premisas relativas a las actividades del Estado según el sistema jurídico brasileño. Se aborda el tema de la subsidiariedad y el tercer sector como fundamental en la contemporaneidad.
