It examines different levels of curriculum specification, from jurisdictional curriculum designs to teaching practices, and identifies the frequency of incorporation of environmental issues in them and the perspectives from which they are introduced. The study reveals that EA is integrated in a heterogeneous and fragmented manner in the Curriculum Designs, with important differences between Natural Science disciplines. Through the content analysis of the curricular designs and biographical interviews with teachers, it is evident that teachers are conditioned in the teaching of EA by the incorporation of the environment as content and by the organisational logic of the curricular designs, but also by their own school, work and social trajectories. Este estudio analiza la incorporación de la Educación Ambiental (EA) en la producción curricular de la educación secundaria en Argentina, centrándose en la provincia de Buenos Aires. Se examinan distintos niveles de especificación curricular, desde los diseños curriculares jurisdiccionales hasta las prácticas docentes, y se identifica la presencia o ausencia de incorporación de cuestiones ambientales en los mismos y las perspectivas desde las cuales se introducen. El trabajo revela que la EA se integra de manera heterogénea y fragmentada en los diseños curriculares, con importantes diferencias entre disciplinas de las Ciencias Naturales. A través del análisis de contenido de los diseños curriculares y entrevistas biográficas a docentes, se evidencia que las y los docentes se ven condicionadas en la enseñanza de la EA por la incorporación del ambiente como contenido y por la lógica de organización de los diseños curriculares, pero también por sus propias trayectorias escolares, laborales y sociales.
