The research focused on understanding how teaching practices unfolded in the instruction of Argentine literature texts offered in the classes of the fifth and sixth years of the Oriented Superior Cycle of Secondary Education in the city of Formosa. To achieve this, a study of six particular cases of teaching practices was conducted based on variables such as criteria for selecting the corpus of texts, proposed reading modes, the teacher’s trajectory, and the school institution in which they operate. From there, it was possible to interpret their implicit theories about the teaching of Argentine literature. Este artículo tiene como propósito dar a conocer los resultados del trabajo investigativo «Prácticas docentes en la enseñanza de la literatura argentina» con el que se obtuvo el título de Magister en Enseñanza de la Lengua y la Literatura en 2023. La investigación se centró en comprender cómo se desarrollaban las prácticas docentes en la enseñanza de los textos de la literatura argentina que se ofrecían en las clases de los quinto y sexto años del Ciclo Superior Orientado de la Educación Secundaria en la ciudad de Formosa. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de seis casos particulares de prácticas docentes en función de variables como los criterios de selección el corpus de textos y los modos de lectura que se proponían. A partir de allí, fue posible interpretar sus teorías implícitas acerca de la enseñanza de la literatura argentina.
