Sumario:       The agri-food region surrounding the city of Córdoba constitutes the main horticultural territory of the province. Productive spaces where different production models and a diverse sociocultural network in a permanent state of transformation are interwoven. In this paper, we present the initial results of the research related to the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices in harvesting and post-harvest tasks. We visited 40 horticultural productive spaces that mainly grow leafy vegetables and fruit. We observe the way in which farmers carry out their practices, inquiring if they are aware of the current regulations and if they comply with these requirements. We rescue their perceptions or logics in daily tasks, knowing and interpreting how their traditional knowledge and cultural capital influence decision making. It is concluded about the need to generate spaces for dialogue of knowledge, between traditional knowledge, the Western and/or scientific knowledge system and the institutions involved in order to improve productive systems based on dialogue and consensus of all actors.
