El objetivo del artículo es realizar una interpretación y análisis jurídico del silencio como consecuencia de no intercambiar información requerida entre organismos públicos, regulada en el artículo 4 del Decreto Nacional N°733/2018 de la República Argentina. En concreto, objetiva dilucidar el carácter que se le debe otorgar a la información que no es intercambiada por el organismo público requerido.
