This initiative proposed to debate and share experiences on a topic of importance for the international relations offices and managers of universities to advance the measurement of information and the construction of diagnoses on their internationalization processes and their possibilities for improvements and developments. as well as to carry out comparative studies on practices. Government actors, university managers and specialists from different countries in the region participated in the event to offer their experiences and visions on the topic. El 12 de mayo de 2023 se llevó a cabo el Webinario sobre Indicadores de internacionalización de la educación superior, que organizó el Programa de Internacionalización de la Educación Superior y Cooperación Internacional - PIESCI –  de la Secretaría de Políticas Universitarias de Argentina y la Asociación Colombiana de Universidades –ASCUN- de Colombia.  Esta iniciativa propuso debatir y compartir experiencias en un tema de importancia para las oficinas y gestoras/es de relaciones internacionales de las universidades para avanzar sobre la medición de información y la construcción de diagnósticos sobre sus procesos de internacionalización y sus posibilidades de mejoras y desarrollos, así también para realizar estudios comparativos sobre las prácticas. Del evento participaron actores gubernamentales, gestores universitarios y especialistas de distintos países de la región para brindar sus experiencias y visiones sobre el tema.
