It is a space that seeks to generate a "learning community", where teachers, students and peer groups converge. This experience gained momentum in 2013, when a project was submitted to the Secretariat of University Policies (SPU), called "Ñampi Cuscas" (Walking together), which aimed to accompany the academic trajectories of indigenous students entering the History career. The proposal was later extended to the rest of the student body, becoming accompaniment workshops that still operate today. First of all, we reflect here on the articulation between the Secondary Level and the university. Then we describe the "Ñampi Cuscas" project with the subsequent emergence of the accompaniment workshops and their quantitative and qualitative results El presente trabajo da cuenta de una experiencia educativa de trece años y su consecuente impacto entre el alumnado de primer año, que cursa la carrera de Historia en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. Se trata de un espacio que busca generar una “comunidad de aprendizaje”, donde convergemos docentes, estudiantes y grupos de pares. Dicha experiencia tomó impulso en el año 2013, cuando se presentó un proyecto ante la Secretaría de Políticas Universitarias (SPU), denominado “Ñampi Cuscas” (Caminar juntos), el cual apuntaba a acompañar las trayectorias académicas de estudiantes indígenas que ingresaban a la carrera de Historia. La propuesta se amplió, luego, al resto del estudiantado transformándose en talleres de acompañamiento que funcionan hasta la actualidad. En primer lugar, realizamos aquí una reflexión sobre la articulación entra el Nivel Secundario y la universidad. Luego describimos el proyecto “Ñampi Cuscas” con la posterior emergencia de los talleres de acompañamiento y sus resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos.
