In the second section, we expose the reactions and counter-offensives launched by conservative activism against sexual and reproductive rights after the enactment of this law. In the third section we focus on the process of fighting for the gender identity law conquered in 2012, giving centrality to the strategies of transvestite/trans activism. In the fourth section, we review the queer/queer criticisms that were raised within LGBT+ activism to the identity demands formulated in a rights discourse. Finally, we integrate the main ideas of this text in a final comment. En este artículo nos enfocamos en dos batallas políticas fundamentales para la organización y expansión del activismo de la diversidad sexual y del activismo travesti/trans en Argentina: en el primer apartado, reconstruimos la lucha por la ley de matrimonio igualitario conquistada por el activismo de la diversidad sexual en el año 2010. En el segundo apartado, exponemos las reacciones y contraofensivas lanzadas por el activismo conservador en contra de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos a partir de la sanción de esta ley. En el tercer apartado nos enfocamos en el proceso de lucha por la ley de identidad de género conquistada en el 2012, otorgándole centralidad a las estrategias del activismo travesti/trans. En el cuarto apartado, revisamos las críticas queers/cuirs que se plantearon en el seno del activismo LGBT+ a las demandas identitarias formuladas en un discurso de derechos. Por último, integramos las principales ideas de este texto en un comentario final.
