description This research explored and described the situation of supervision as a psycho-pedagogical practice in Misiones, recognizing the representations that psycho-pedagogues have, knowing the modality and frequency under which it is carried out, and examining the main reasons that encourage its exercise. The thesis has a mixed approach, of methodological complementation for data collection and analysis. These were obtained from subjects between October 2020 and March 2021. The sample was purposive non-probabilistic, made up in the first instance by 37 registered psychopedagogists from Misiones; subsequently, 7 psychopedagogy graduates who practice in the clinical setting and are often supervised were selected from this sample. The data were obtained through surveys and the analysis of these showed that most of the subjects defined it as "another point of view by colleagues with more experience for advice, guidance and orientation", which serves to "rethink with the other for the enrichment or improvement of the professional practice". But "it is an unusual exercise and there is a certain lack of knowledge about it". These results show supervision as a co-vision and not as an evaluative intervention: most of the professionals were supervised every 6 months or less, but not systematically. Through an individual modality, both face-to-face and virtual, oriented by the problem-solving model to approach professional practice. There was a lack of knowledge or doubts about the responsibilities and regulations of this exercise were observed.
