In this work, we regard the teaching practice throughout the teaching observation on the classroom with tree different teachers at the History Degree School. We focus on the teaching activities and teaching strategies used by the professors, the interaction type teacher student and the didactic resources used daily in the classroom. We aim on a reflexion about the characteristics of the teaching practice of the teachers and the relationship with the students. La práctica docente se ha posicionado como un tema de investigación esencial y necesaria, para comprender los procesos que se desarrollan en el aula cuando se enseña y se aprende. Además su conocimiento, puede aportar elementos valiosos para generar dispositivos y propuestas encaminadas a elevar la calidad de la enseñanza. En este artículo se aborda la práctica docente de profesores seleccionados que se desempeñan en la Licenciatura en Historia, para lo cual se recurre a la observación de la enseñanza en el aula; destacando las actividades y estrategias de enseñanza implementadas por los profesores, el tipo de interacción profesor-alumno y los recursos didácticos utilizados cotidianamente en el aula. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una reflexión sobre las características de la práctica docente de los profesores y su relación con la formación de los estudiantes.
