The tour is short, synthetic and contains a selection of authors who are shown turns in the contributions to the growing and renewed curren! discussion. In fact, the Russian Revolution is an extensive and complete subject that could not fil within the framework of our analysis. We will therefore confine ourselves to the problem of reading about key topics in the Bolshevik seizure of power in October as the place of the party, the experience of the dictatorship of the proletaria!, the relationship between socialism and democracy. El objeto del presente artículo es reflexionar sobre algunas cuestiones historiográficas en torno a Octubre de 1917, tomando algunas visiones complementarias y alternativas de teóricosrevolucionarios y de participes extraajeros empáticos, pasando por interpretaciones liberales y marxistas producidas durante la 'Guerra Fría' en el occidente europeo, cerrando con nuevas miradas post-URSS. El recorrido es breve, sintético y contiene una selección de autores que van mostrado virajes en los aportes a la creciente y renovada discusión actual. En efecto, la Revolución Rusa constituye un tema extenso y completo que no podría caber dentro del marco de nuestro análisis. Por consiguiente nos limitaremos al problema de las lecturas sobre tópicos claves en la toma del poder por los bolcheviques en Octubre como: el lugar del partido, la experiencia de dictadura del proletariado, la relación entre socialismo y democracia.
