In this paper we analyze the general characteristics of teachers' labor conflict in the Gran La Plata region between 1969-1972, asking specifically about the causal mechanisms that articulated their militancy, what characteristics and dynamics had the forms of organization and struggle, and what kind of links developed with the other sectors of the labor movement. In particular, we focused on the dynamics presented by the workers' conflict, both from the quantitative and qualitative methods. This aspect will be addressed mainly through the analysis of newspaper sources. Teachers at the primary and secondary levels of education in the region played a central role in the level of conflict, mainly since 1970. Protagonism, which also extended to the national level. However, we will realize some limitations that were evident in its dynamics as a trade union movement. En este trabajo se analizan los rasgos generales de la conflictividad de lxs trabajadorxs docentes en la región del Gran La Plata entre los años 1969-1972, preguntándonos específicamente sobre cuáles fueron los mecanismos causales que articularon su militancia, qué características y dinámicas tuvieron las formas de organización y lucha, y qué tipo de vínculos desarrollaron con los demás sectores del movimiento obrero. En particular nos vamos a enfocar en la dinámica que presentó la conflictividad de lxs trabajadorxs tanto desde el punto de vista cuantitativo como cualitativo. Este aspecto será abordado fundamentalmente por medio del análisis de fuentes hemerográficas. Lxs trabajadorxs docentes de los niveles primario y secundario de enseñanza de la región analizada alcanzaron un marcado protagonismo en el plano de la conflictividad fundamentalmente a partir del año 1970. Protagonismo que, además, era evidente también en el ámbito nacional. Sin embargo, daremos cuenta de algunas limitaciones que evidenciaron en su dinámica como movimiento gremial.
