The aim of this paper is to research the representations of pampean agricultural actors about the reform of the Law of Seeds. From a theoretical perspective that articulates Stuart Hall, Teun Van Dijk and Ruth Wodak contributions, we took as a corpus of analysis 42 interviews carried out between the years 2016 and 2018 in two Buenos Aires counties with very different agroecological characteristics: Ayacucho (predominantly livestock) and Baradero (predominantly agricultural). Specifically, we examine valuations and discursive strategies used by the interviewees when talking about the law and its possibility of reform, seeking to determine the level of appropriation that the actors have of the agribusiness discourse on seeds and knowledge property. El objetivo de este trabajo es indagar en las representaciones de los actores agropecuarios pampeanos sobre la reforma de la Ley de Semillas. Desde una perspectiva teórica que articula los aportes de Stuart Hall, Teun Van Dijk y Ruth Wodak, se toma como corpus de análisis 42 entrevistas llevadas a cabo entre los años 2016 y 2018 en dos partidos bonaerenses con características agroecológicas muy distintas: Ayacucho (predominantemente ganadero) y Baradero (predominantemente agrícola). Específicamente se examinan las valoraciones y estrategias discursivas utilizadas por los entrevistados al hablar de la ley y su posibilidad de reforma, buscando determinar el nivel de apropiación que los actores tienen del discurso de los agronegocios sobre la propiedad de las semillas y el conocimiento.
