To this purpose, the analysis focuses on the strike for sexual harassment carried out by the Kraft workers in 2011, which achived to question the gender social relations that were raised at workplace. En el marco del nuevo protagonismo de los sindicatos en la Argentina de post-convertibilidad, que surge asociado al crecimiento económico y del empleo de 2004 en adelante, en este artículo nos interesa avanzar en el análisis de la relación entre sindicalismo de base y género, considerando una experiencia significativa de este proceso: la Comisión Interna de la fábrica alimenticia Kraft Foods (hoy Mondelez). Para ello, se centra el análisis en el paro por acoso sexual que llevaron adelante las y los trabajadores de Kraft en 2011, que logró poner en discusión las relaciones sociales de género que se planteaban en el lugar de trabajo.
