description This article would analyze the political speeches during the civil war that beat Peru between 1834 and 1836, and that has as principal actors the commanders and correspondents during this period. The hypothesis acknowledge the existence of a political language that can be defined as patriotic – republican, and is evident in the different sides that fight with either a non existent or fragmented ideologies. The object of the research is to focus on the theoretical and methodological sense of political language that would help looking for the sense, concept and meaning of words, through a special emphasis in the enunciations conditions of a political speech. Journals and displayed proclamations published to the public would be the main material in order to reveal the sense of speeches and political concepts planned at that time period.
