The economic  ideas established  in Latin Americca between 1950 and 1975, especially during the CEPAL and dependency  periods, arrived in Africa; by way of African students students attending institutions of higher education In  Western   Universities; and also from works  of Anglo- Caribbean scholars  using  dependency analysis to make sense the Caribbean and African regions. This essay sets five Anglo-Caribbean scholars aside to show their contributions in Africa.These scholars did not·plan the use of dependency language in their analysis, rather it fit perfectly to understand not only the reality of that region, but also the Caribbean and Latin America.
