Bagú begins with these premises to find out the theoretical models developed in Latin America beginning in 1945. Also, he analyzes how such world phenomena as the collapse of the socialist empire, new technology, the world powers reconfiguration, among other things, have affected our understanding of theory in Latin America and in the world.
