description To propose to do a deep reflection on the development so much as human project, as social construction, where it is considered to the politics, the culture, and to the actions and decisions of the power of the State and to be able like that to advance in the challenge of overcoming the conditions of poverty and inequality. It indicates new ways of being inserted in the globalization, by means of one configurations of the State and of his capacities of intervention, regulation and economic parsonage. He warns that it is needed to change approaches and ways of acting from the company on the economy and against the conventional speech that claims his recognition as the only thought. It raises that opposite to the frantic global changes it is needed to do a strategic rethinking of the State to re-invigorate his to gesticulate and this way to favor the change towards the economic development with democratic and with social equity
