From this vision, it is conceived that student trajectories can be accompanied through interventions generated from different work spaces and from one or several institutional dimensions. In this line, the writing intends to articulate some advances in the identification of barriers to learning and participation in the framework of a research-action project, the introduction of the subject in instances of undergraduate and postgraduate training, the enable of accessible paths product of a joint work between subjects who exercise functions in teaching and in management areas. It is aimed at the socialization of experiences, debate and training, mediated by a deepening of conventions, declarations and regulations regarding educational inclusion and the university, which does not lose sight of the uniqueness of those who travel through it. In this movement, it is proposed to interrogate the positions that underlie a mainstreaming of human rights, noting that they can be addressed as a rhetorical issue or be associated with transformative practices. El artículo plantea un entramado de acciones que vienen apostando a una transversalización de la problemática de la educación inclusiva en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Ingeniería y Agrimensura de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, y se traducen en distintas modalidades que puede adoptar el acompañamiento a estudiantes. Desde esta visión, se concibe que las trayectorias estudiantiles pueden ser acompañadas a través de intervenciones generadas desde diferentes espacios de trabajo y a partir de una o varias dimensiones institucionales. En esa línea, el escrito pretende articular algunos avances en la identificación de barreras al aprendizaje y la participación en el marco de un proyecto de investigación-acción, la introducción de la temática en instancias de formación de grado y posgrado, la habilitación de trayectos accesibles producto de un trabajo conjunto entre sujetos que ejercen funciones en docencia y en áreas de gestión. Se apunta a la socialización de experiencias, al debate y a la capacitación, mediados por una profundización de convenciones, declaraciones y normativas en torno a inclusión educativa y universidad, que no pierda de vista la singularidad de quienes la transitan. En ese movimiento se propone interrogar los posicionamientos que subyacen en una transversalización de los derechos humanos,advirtiendo que los mismos pueden ser abordados como una cuestión retórica o bien ser asociados a prácticas transformadoras.
