As well, in relation to diverse behaviors that appeared like moral corruptors: the ambition unmeasured, the "fetiquismo", the game, among others. We also study the role of suggestion in the crowd in the cases of certain urban characters as the "death workers". From the psychiatric discoursesalienistas and hygienists tried to disarm the dangers that the urban multitude implied from the psychiatrisation of certain behaviors considered dangerous and the implementation of certain measures of prevention in relation to the body. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar el rol de la multitud urbana en Buenos Aires en los primeros años del siglo XX desde la corriente del Alienismo y el papel de la ciudad como productora de artificialidad. Así como, en relación a diversas conductas que surgieron como corruptoras a nivel moral: la ambición desmedida, el “fetiquismo”, el juego, entre otros. También estudiamos el papel de la sugestión en la multitud en los casos de ciertos personajes urbanos como los “trabajadores de la muerte”. A partir de los discursos psiquiátricos alienistas e higienistas se procuró desarmar los peligros que implicaba la multitud urbana a partir de la psiquiatrización de ciertos comportamientos considerados peligrosos y de la implementación de ciertas medidas de prevención en relación al cuerpo.
