In particular, analyzes the legal and judicial process of expropriation -bound field colonization- "Santa Rosa", located in Chascomús and registered in the name of Jorge Maria and Luis Emilio Bemberg, members of one of the largest conglomerates in the Argentina. As part of the offensive launched by Peron, this landmark case to study the actions of the "second line" peronist, the contradictions between discourse and practice agrarian and provincial and local repercussions of the conflict between the state and a business group. A partir de un estudio de caso, el trabajo examina el impacto simbólico, político y social de la política agraria en la provincia de Buenos Aires durante el primer peronismo. En particular, analiza el proceso legal y judicial de expropiación -con destino a colonización- del campo “Santa Rosa”, ubicado en Chascomús e inscripto a nombre de Jorge María y Luis Emilio Bemberg, integrantes de uno de los conglomerados económicos más grandes de la Argentina. En el marco de la ofensiva lanzada por Perón, este emblemático caso permite estudiar el accionar de la “segunda línea” peronista, las contradicciones entre el discurso agrarista y la práctica y las repercusiones locales y provinciales de un conflicto entre el Estado y un grupo empresario.
