In particular, it is studied the failed try to modify the national agrarian law (1946), the new tenancy law (1948) and the reform, with a very different sense to the first try, of the agrarian law (1954). En este artículo se analizan algunas de las políticas agrarias del peronismo y el posicionamiento que frente a ellas tuvieron las dos principales entidades agropecuarias: la Sociedad Rural Argentina, en tanto defensora de los grandes terratenientes, y la Federación Agraria Argentina, como representante de los agricultores, por entonces en su mayoría arrendatarios. En particular se estudia el intento fallido de modificar la ley agraria nacional (1946), la nueva ley de arrendamientos y aparcerías rurales (1948) y la reforma, con un sentido muy diferente al primer intento, de la ley agraria (1954).
