This article aims to contribute to the reflection about the repertoires, procedures, and devices of control and surveillance for the detection of political opponents to Peronism during the formation of this party in the Eva Peron province, former national territory of La Pampa. Normative instruments used for the entrance and permanence of agents in the public administration, the design of an information system or ideological orientation reports, and finally, the judiciary paths of legal actions for defamation are being analyzed. In this research, we claim that the mechanism for capturing information and monitoring the activities of antagonistic sectors constituted an effective means of political legitimization available to different State agencies and actors who capitalized on the effect that a political denouncement meant in the times of Peronism. El artículo propone contribuir a la reflexión sobre los repertorios, procedimientos y artefactos de vigilancia y control para la detección de opositores políticos durante la conformación del peronismo en el ex territorio nacional de La Pampa, denominado provincia Eva Perón. Se analizan las prácticas utilizadas para el ingreso y permanencia de agentes en la administración pública; el diseño de un sistema de información o reportes de “orientación ideológica” y, finalmente, el recorrido judicial de las denuncias por el delito de desacato. En esta investigación sostenemos que los mecanismos de captación de información y monitoreo de actividades de sectores antagonistas constituyeron un efectivo medio de legitimación política a disposición de distintas agencias estatales y actores que capitalizaron el efecto que producía la presentación de una denuncia política en tiempos del peronismo.
