Seeks to compare from requirements of towns with different situations, characteristics and backgrounds, and the answers given by different members of the State (surveyors, attorney, consultant). Shared applications show the centrality and complexity of the rights to land in the towns, while discrepancies by the members of the State would be part of the limits on the possibilities of the deployment on towns. El artículo aborda las solicitudes realizadas por las autoridades de los pueblos de Buenos Aires al Ministro de Gobierno de la provincia en torno a los derechos sobre el uso y la propiedad de solares y quintas hacia mediados del siglo XIX. Se busca comparar los requerimientos provenientes de pueblos con diferentes situaciones, características y trayectorias, y las respuestas dadas por los integrantes del Estado (agrimensores, fiscales, asesores). Las solicitudes compartidas mostrarían la centralidad y complejidad de los derechos sobre la tierra en los pueblos, mientras que las discrepancias entre los integrantes del Estado formarían parte de los límites en las posibilidades del despliegue sobre los pueblos.
