From a decentered perspective of state formation, we analyze the strategies used to discuss the conditions of institutionalization and the practices of the agents involved in its administration. To do this, we examined a series of requests from different origins aimed at demanding greater state intervention to ensure social order and individual guarantees of the inhabitants living in extra-provincial spaces. El artículo estudia las demandas de modificación de los procedimientos judiciales y administrativos desplegados durante la organización del sistema de justicia en el territorio nacional de La Pampa en las últimas décadas del siglo XIX y principios del XX. Desde una perspectiva descentrada de la formación estatal, analizamos las estrategias utilizadas para discutir las condiciones de institucionalización y las prácticas de los agentes que intervienen en su gestión. Para ello, examinamos una serie de solicitudes de distinto origen destinadas a exigir una mayor intervención estatal para asegurar el orden social y las garantías individuales de los habitantes radicados en los espacios extra provinciales. O artigo estuda as demandas de modificação dos procedimentos judiciais e administrativos implantados durante a organização do sistema de justiça no território nacional de La Pampa nas últimas décadas do século XIX e início do século XX. Numa perspectiva descentralizada de formação do Estado, analisamos as estratégias utilizadas para discutir as condições de institucionalização e as práticas dos agentes envolvidos na sua gestão. Para isso, examinamos uma série de solicitações de diversas origens que visam exigir maior intervenção estatal para garantir a ordem social e as garantias individuais dos habitantes que vivem em espaços extraprovinciais.
