| Sumario: | This article studies the idea of agreement between parts involved in the composición as a legal figure, during its implementation in the first visita and composición of land and foreigners in Charcas, Viceroyalty of Peru. In this sense, it examines the attributions that royal and viceroyal normative instruments gave to the second judge of visita and composición of Charcas. Thereby, it focuses in the empirical case of Suipacha lands, in the Tarija province. Finally, through its reconsideration since the formalized accusations against the judge in his residencia, the article explores the judicial practices developed by social actors in order to achieve the agreement. |
