The proposed path has its central theme in the polemics about the relevance of internal migrants in the Peronist vote. I argue that it is possible to reorient research on "political sociability" with the Fernand Benoit concept of "regional temperaments". In this article, the term serves as a synthesis aimed to rethink issues related to the "interior", to different subaltern groups and to racialized conflicts in modern Argentina. Departing from a definition of "political sociability”, the article moves towards the discussion of new approaches. These could allow us to escape from versions that establish a strong relation between sociability, collective dispositions and political behavior.
