A partir de estudios previos que destacan el rol de la enseñanza agrícola en la generación de conocimientos y preparación de recursos humanos en Mendoza, en este artículo recuperamos y analizamos los proyectos estatales para promocionar y extender cultivos frutales en la provincia. En particular, conoceremos la contribución de la Escuela Nacional de Vitivinicultura en este proceso y atenderemos a las propuestas de un núcleo de especialistas y su participación en dependencias estatales afines a los proyectos sobre diversificación agroindustrial.
