Also, we identify the electoral participation of affiliates, the effectiveness in the participation expressed in votes and the existence of electoral fronts. By understanding the normalization as part of an inaugural process where regulations that enable the full exercise of labor citizenship begin to be restored, the main claims sustained by the sector between the years 1983-1985 are recovered, particularly the incorporation of employees dismissed for political reasons and demands for salary issues.

Este artículo reconstruye el proceso de normalización sindical de la Asociación Gremial de Empleados del Poder Judicial (AGEPJ) de la Provincia de Córdoba iniciado en 1982. Para ello, identificamos la composición de las listas constituidas, la filiación ideológica de cada espacio, las consignas presentes en las plataformas electorales y las trayectorias políticas de sus principales dirigentes. Desde una perspectiva atenta a comprender la instancia normalizadora como un proceso inaugural donde se restituyen las normativas que habilitan el pleno ejercicio de la ciudadanía laboral, recuperamos las principales reivindicaciones sostenidas por el sector que condujo el sindicato entre 1983-1985, particularmente aquellas que hacen a la demanda por incrementos salariales y a la incorporación de empleados cesanteados por razones político/gremiales. Este artigo reconstrói o processo de normalização sindical da Associação de Funcionários Judiciais (AGEPJ) da Província de Córdoba iniciado em 1982. Para isso, identificamos a composição das listas constituídas, a filiação ideológica de cada espaço, os slogans presentes nas plataformas eleitorais e as trajetórias políticas de suas principais lideranças. Numa perspectiva atenta a entender a instância normalizadora como um processo inaugural onde são restabelecidas as normas que possibilitam o pleno exercício da cidadania trabalhista, recuperamos as principais reivindicações sustentadas pelo setor que dirigiu o sindicato entre 1983-1985, em especial aquelas que tornam o reivindicação de reajustes salariais e incorporação de empregados desligados por motivos político-sindicais.
