On one hand, debate about the scarcity of public policies that are thought from the experience of the neighbors, that is, knowing the territories and needs to then plan strategies that manage to respond to collective demands including geographical, social, economic, health, environmental and cultural processes of each community. On the other hand, health policies that are increasingly further removed from the needs of the people and closer to the logic of the market, highlighting health as such a commodity. From this, different debates are opened to problematize and comprehensively address the health-disease-care process and particularly state intervention. From there, several questions arise that we ask ourselves, from the training of future professionals to the actions of the health team in an increasingly complex context. Think about strategies where the health system can work alongside the educational system and where prevention and promotion measures play a fundamental role in those spaces. And finally, debate the role of the State and its actions in socio-health problems that undoubtedly put collective health at risk El objetivo de este informe es analizar el impacto de la epidemia de dengue en los sectores más vulnerables del área metropolitana de Rosario yGran Rosario, identificando los factores que han contribuido a la propagación del virus y evaluando las respuestas comunitarias y gubernamentales, dado el crecimiento de la cantidad de casos en los últimos años.Por un lado, debatir acerca de la escasez de políticas públicas que se piensen desde la vivencia de las y los vecinos, es decir, conocer los territorios y necesidades para luego planificar estrategias que logren responder las demandas colectivas incluyendo los procesos geográficos, sociales, económicos, sanitarios, ambientales y culturales de cada comunidad. Por otro lado, las políticas sanitarias que cada día se encuentran más alejadas de las necesidades de la gente y más cercanas a las lógicas del mercado, remarcando a la salud como tal mercancía. A partir de ello, se abren diferentes debates para problematizar y abordar de manera integral el proceso salud-enfermedad-atención y particularmente la intervención estatal. De allí surgen varios interrogantes que nos hacemos desde la formación de los futuros profesionales hasta el accionar del equipo de salud en un contexto cada día más complejo. Pensar estrategias donde el sistema de salud pueda trabajar a la par del sistema educativo y donde las medidas de prevención y promoción cumplan un rol fundamental en aquellos espacios. Y por último, debatir el rol del Estado y su accionar en problemáticas socio-sanitarias que indudablemente ponen en riesgo la salud colectiva.
