The time of analyzed corresponds to Eduardo Angeloz’s period of government in Córdoba province. Our working consider that the Ministry of Labor was constituted by youngs officials with university degrees whose had strong links with radical party. In consideration of this, lawyers and unions leaders had the main charges because of his relation with agency goals. Based on a prosopographical method, the research was carried out by different sources like official documents, papers, unions magazines and interviews to key informant. En el marco de los estudios sobre la conformación de gabinetes nacionales y subnacionales, el presente artículo analiza los perfiles de los funcionarios que ocuparon los principales cargos del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Provincia de Córdoba (MTP) entre 1985 y 1995. Identificamos sus atributos sociopolíticos y profesionales estableciendo su vinculación con el rol que ocuparon en la cartera. El recorte obedece al período temporal en que la administración del trabajo obtuvo el mayor rango jerárquico dentro del Poder Ejecutivo durante las gobernaciones radicales. Consideramos que se trató de un cuerpo de funcionarios compuesto, en gran medida, por abogados formados en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba que contaban con estrechos vínculos partidarios ocupando los principales cargos jerárquicos junto a sindicalistas. Basada en el método prosopográfico, la investigación se llevó a cabo a partir de distintos tipos de fuentes: documentos oficiales, prensa periódica, informes de gestión, revistas sindicales y entrevistas semiestructuradas a informantes claves.
