This should have a single objective: to increase the real power of the country in the dimensions of Hegemonic Interdependence to raise the levels of development of Argentina. We consider this objective, the structural nationalinterest, as that which allows other interests to be achieved.To do this, we will argue two points. On the one hand, we will critically question the approaches that attempt to understand the international order based on a linear transition towards the Asia-Pacific, without considering other aspects and actors. On the other hand, we propose that Argentina should focus its foreign policy on other elements than the characterization of foreign policy as a fixed, immobile, and definitive strategy in a new non-hegemonic bipolarity. On the contrary, we maintain that it must reflect an inclusive development model and be adapted to various situations in an increasingly uncertain, interdependent world but with clear global hierarchies. Este artículo intenta contribuir al debate actual sobre las posibilidades de construir un patrón de inserción internacional robusto, consistente y de largo plazo. Este deberá tener un único objetivo: aumentar el poder real del país en las dimensiones de la Interdependencia Hegemónica que permita elevar los niveles de desarrollo de la Argentina. Consideramos este objetivo, elinterés nacional estructural, como el que permite que los demás intereses se realicen.Para ello, intentaremos argumentar dos razonamientos. Por un lado, nos interrogamos de manera crítica, sobre los planteos que intentan comprender el orden internacional a partir de una transición lineal hacia el Asia-Pacífico, sin considerar otros aspectos y actores.Por otro lado, proponemos un relacionamiento de la Argentina centrado en más elementos que la adjetivación de la política exterior como una estrategia fija, inmóvil y definitiva en una nueva bipolaridad no hegemónica. Por el contrario, sostenemos que ésta debe ser el reflejo de un modelo de desarrollo inclusivo que se adecue a diversas situaciones en un mundo cada vez más incierto, interdependiente, pero con claras jerarquías globales.
