This process arises from the insertion in Primary Health Care and the consequent professional intervention of a resident in a Health and Community Action Center. This paper proposes to problematize and analyze the sensations, questions and doubts produced by the knowledge of several situations due to the spontaneous demand of this health care institution, as well as the interventions that took place afterwards. The analysis presented is intended to account for the multiple edges of the device, the question of what does spontaneous imply, with some examples of intervention and questionings that have appeared throughout the months that the insertion in such space lasted. Finally, it reflects on the role of Social Work in the first level of care.
