This relationship, which requires agreements between both parties, is complex due to the different institutional affiliations of each figure. To address this complexity, we analyze the collaboration agreements between both entities based on knowledge transfer models and inter-institutionality. Additionally, we conceptualize pedagogical supervision and focus on the figure of the co-trainer within the framework of knowledge transmission, seeking to build a model of collaborative resonance. These reflections draw on collective knowledge from the teaching experience in the Professional Intervention Supervision I course at the National University of Rosario. Furthermore, we incorporate the results of surveys conducted among students and co-training professionals, as well as the research on the role of co-training conducted during the period 2018-2022.
