Thus, a flexible, retrospective qualitative study was carried out, in the framework of which 11 in- depth interviews were conducted and a subsequent data analysis with emphasis on the different voices, in the period from March 2020 to April 2021. In this sense, the pandemic caused by COVID-19 had a great impact on mental health workers and on strategies to rebuild accessibility and hospitality for the care of users. The results showed the changes, difficulties and strategies deployed in order to generate spaces for listening, care and interdisciplinary work in an adverse context where uncertainty prevailed. Based on the research, the main finding was that the interventions carried out by the different professionals were oriented towards the implementation of the established epidemiological measures.
