Motivated for those, in the everyday exchange with trans women, we present differents territories: bodys, subsistence, night and affective bonds, to make complex questions respect to: who are the subjects of public policies? How does the State dialogue with them? What are the possible scopes and limits of this dialogue? Who arrives to those territories and how? El presente trabajo retoma algunos interrogantes y reflexiones ya planteados en un artículo anterior alrededor del concepto de territorio, con el propósito de profundizar en problematizaciones de esta categoría, en articulación con nuestras experiencias como trabajadoras de lo social. Motivadas por estas últimas, en la cotidianeidad del intercambio con mujeres trans, presentamos distintos territorios: cuerpos, subsistencia, nocturnidades y vincularidades, para complejizar interrogantes respecto a: ¿cuáles son les sujetes de las políticas públicas?, ¿cómo dialoga el Estado con elles?, ¿cuáles son los posibles alcances y límites de este diálogo?, ¿quiénes llegan/llegamos a esos territorios y de qué modos?
