Qui sont les “autres”? (2008). There, the French thinker tackles different problems –such as oppression, domination and “normality”– by revealing the ways in which the gender operates in its intersection of class and race, among other issues. From the gender system, humanity is divided into two hierarchical groups and is based on social organization in classes, by encompassing classes or gender. This social organization in which women are oppressed and exploited as a group is called patriarchy. On this basis, it is necessary to reflect on the legislation, for instance, to gender parity. And, although the analysis and the delphyana position are loaded with the reality that exists on French soil, I consider that some theoretical-conceptual aspects allow us to maintain criticism burning in view of the legislative advances in Argentina and South America, without ignoring that our main enemy continues to combine patriarchal, colonial and capitalist domination.
