The objectives of this work are, first of all, to survey and establish a list of all the stations that exist or existed in the urban area of the city; secondly, present the current state of four of them that reflect the dynamic nature of the heritage analyzed; and, finally, offer a series of proposals for the management and decision-making about the fate of these buildings as a way to contribute to their conservation and use. En la ciudad de Rosario, Argentina, existen numerosas estaciones ferroviarias con sus instalaciones complementarias y edificios vinculados, legado de las nueve empresas ferroviarias/portuarias que tuvieron su origen o presencia significativa en la ciudad a partir de la década de 1860. Los objetivos de este trabajo son, en primer lugar, relevar y establecer un listado de todas las estaciones que existen o existieron en el casco urbano de la ciudad; en segundo lugar, presentar el estado actual de cuatro de ellas que reflejan el carácter dinámico del patrimonio analizado; y, por último, ofrecer una serie de propuestas para la gestión y toma de decisiones sobre el destino de estos edificios como forma de contribuir a su conservación y uso. Na cidade de Rosário, Argentina, existem inúmeras estações ferroviárias com suas instalações complementares e edifícios interligados, herança das nove empresas ferroviárias/portuárias que tiveram origem ou presença significativa na cidade a partir da década de 1860. Os objetivos deste trabalho são , em primeiro lugar, levantar e estabelecer uma lista de todas as estações que existem ou existiram na zona urbana da cidade; em segundo lugar, apresentar o estado atual de quatro deles que refletem a natureza dinâmica do património analisado; e, por fim, oferecer uma série de propostas para a gestão e tomada de decisão sobre o destino destes edifícios como forma de contribuir para a sua conservação e utilização.
