This reaction occurs after the acceptance by the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf of the presentation made by Argentina on that maritime space, incorporated into its internal legal system through Law No. 27.557/2020. In this sense, an attempt is made to demonstrate how this situation brings into question maritime interests between both countries. El presente artículo intenta explorar aspectos relacionados con la interpretación manifestada por el gobierno de Chile frente a la incorporación al ordenamiento jurídico argentino de la plataforma continental ampliada. Esta reacción se produce después de la aceptación por parte de la Comisión de Límites de la Plataforma Continental de Naciones Unidas de la presentación efectuada por Argentina sobre dicho espacio marítimo, incorporada a su ordenamiento jurídico interno a través de la Ley N° 27.557/2020. En este sentido, se intenta demostrar cómo esta situación pone en discusión intereses marítimos entre ambos países.
