Also explores possible scenarios of international cooperation through technical cooperation in health matters. El presente artículo académico estudia el acceso (activo y pasivo) a los medicamentos en el marco de la pandemia COVID-19 a partir de la consideración de los mecanismos existentes en el sistema internacional, considerando principalmente a la Organización Mundial de Salud, y secundariamente a la Organización Mundial de Comercio y la Organización Mundial de Propiedad Intelectual que resultan ser los tres organismos involucrados en la materia. Asimismo, explora los posibles escenarios de cooperación internacional mediante la cooperación técnica en materia sanitaria.
