Since the 1994 reform in Argentina, the provinces have obtained greater recognition in the international sphere through articles 124 and 125 of the National Constitution. In addition, the post-Cold War period has seen the rise of new powers, such as the People's Republic of China, on the international stage. This study focuses on the external management of the Argentine provinces of Santa Fe, Entre Ríos and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) in the 21st century in relation to the People 's Republic of China. The variables of International Institutional Relations and International Positioning are taken into account, as proposed by Mariana Calvento (2014). Los gobiernos subnacionales están adquiriendo cada vez más importancia en las relaciones internacionales. Desde la reforma de 1994 en Argentina, las provincias han obtenido un mayor reconocimiento en la esfera internacional a través de los artículos 124 y 125 de la Constitución Nacional. Además, el periodo posterior a la Guerra Fría ha presenciado el ascenso de nuevas potencias, como la República Popular China, en el escenario internacional. Este estudio se centra en la gestión externa de las provincias argentinas de Santa Fe, Entre Ríos y la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA) en el siglo XXI en relación a la República Popular China. Se tienen en cuenta las variables de Relacionamiento Institucional Internacional y Posicionamiento Internacional, tal como lo propone Mariana Calvento (2014).
