This work belongs to literature on paradiplomacy and transnational relations that seeks to describe and explain the participation of non-central actors in international relations. Both the province and the city of Córdoba have developed over the years an intense transnational activity that evolves with specific characteristics in each of the cases, both for the profile of their competences, and for the opportunities and challenges that emerged in recent years before the transformation of the methods and mechanisms of paradiplomatic linkage. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión externa de la provincia argentina de Córdoba, y de su ciudad capital, y de la participación de ambas entidades en redes transnacionales, a los fines de identificar patrones comunes y divergentes en sus estrategias de internacionalización. El trabajo se inscribe en la literatura sobre paradiplomacia y relaciones transnacionales que busca describir y explicar la participación de actores no centrales en las relaciones internacionales. Tanto la provincia como la ciudad de Córdoba han desarrollado a lo largo de los años una intensa actividad transnacional que evolucionó características específicas en cada uno de los casos, tanto por el perfil de sus competencias, como de las oportunidades y desafíos que emergieron en los últimos años ante la transformación de los métodos y mecanismos de vinculación paradiplomática.
