The survey was carried out through a serie of statements and questions that stressed the anti-rights discourses and policies of the current Argentine government and invited students to develop their own position. The article focuses on the tensions between education as a right and libertarian education; political education and indoctrination; and Comprehensive Sexual Education as public policy and Comprehensive Sexual Education as an ideology. Furthermore, it is proposed to review the implementation of Comprehensive Sexual Education in teacher training, where even today and after 18 years from the law 26.150/2006, difficulties persist in its implementation.On the other hand, it is invited to resist the advance of the pedagogy of cruelty, strengthening the generation of pedagogical spaces of care and containment. Ante la avanzada desmedida de la política antiderechos que dirige nuestro país, en este artículo se presentan reflexiones de estudiantes de profesorados pertenecientes a la Universidad Nacional del Comahue y al Instituto de Formación Docente Continua, Bariloche, Río Negro. El relevamiento se realizó mediante una serie de afirmaciones y preguntas que tensionaban discursos y políticas del actual gobierno argentino e invitaba a desarrollar la propia postura. A partir de sus respuestas se abordan las tensiones entre la educación como derecho y la educación libertaria; la educación política y el adoctrinamiento y la ESI como política pública y derecho y la ESI como una ideología que “deforma la cabeza”. Hacia el final del artículo se propone revisar la implementación de la ESI en la formación docente donde, aún hoy, a casi 18 años de la implementación de la ley 26.150/2006, su lugar en los planes de estudio de los profesorados universitarios representa una deuda pendiente. Por otra parte, se invita a resistir el avance de la pedagogía de la crueldad, fortaleciendo la generación de espacios pedagógicos de cuidado y amorosidad.
