Forty-four students from various teacher training programs oriented towards high school education participated in an expanded educational experience and provided their feedback through group interviews. The results emphasize the importance of expanding education to promote future educator agency in an interdisciplinary and collaborative manner. Offering general guidelines on how to create educational scenarios to innovate education for more proactive teachers and educators.  El estudio desarrollado, de corte cualitativo, busca investigar de qué manera se puede potenciar la agencia en los futuros formadores, a través de qué escenarios puede ser promovida la agencia de los futuros formadores y cuáles son las características tienen dichos escenarios. Participaron 44 estudiantes de diversos profesorados orientados a la enseñanza del nivel medio de educación, quienes fueron parte de una experiencia educativa expandida y a su vez ofrecieron sus valoraciones a través de entrevistas grupales. Los resultados muestran la importancia de expandir la educación para promover la agencia de los futuros formadores, de manera interdisciplinaria y colaborativa. Ofreciendo lineamientos generales sobre cómo crear escenarios educativos para innovar la educación de cara a maestros y profesores más proactivos.
