In this article we present a section that is part of a broader research project of analysis of trajectories in Pedagogy in several national universities. We focus on the reconstruction of the history of a particular academic community, the teachers who are grouped around the teaching of Pedagogy in the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences of the UNLP. We analyze the social relations of diverse content (professional and personal) that, at each juncture, favored their institutional insertion, academic trajectories and training experiences in Pedagogy chairs and their current positioning in the teams in charge of these curricular spaces.
From an interdisciplinary and flexible theoretical and methodological corpus that gathers contributions from Pedagogy, Social Microanalysis and Ethnography; the mentioned case is approached, with preeminence of qualitative methodological strategies. The focus is placed on the view of the social actors who thematize their academic trajectories, experiences and meanings that were built in the process of socialization and sociability in a given academic community. |

En este artículo presentamos un recorte que se integra a un proyecto de investigación más amplio de análisis de trayectorias en Pedagogía en diversas universidades nacionales. Nos abocamos a la reconstrucción de la historia de una comunidad académica particular, los docentes nucleados en torno de la enseñanza de la Pedagogía la carrera de Ciencias de la Educación en la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la UNLP. Se analizan las tramas de relaciones sociales de contenido diverso (profesionales y personales) que, en cada coyuntura favorecieron su inserción institucional, trayectorias académicas y experiencias de formación en cátedras de Pedagogía y su posicionamiento actual en los equipos a cargo de esos espacios curriculares.. Desde un corpus teórico y metodológico interdisciplinar y flexible que recoge aportes de la Pedagogía, el Microanálisis social y la Etnografía; se aborda el caso mencionado, con preeminencia de estrategias metodológicas cualitativas. Se pone en el centro la mirada de los actores sociales que tematizan sus trayectorias académicas, las experiencias y sentidos que fueron construyendo en el proceso de socialización y sociabilidad en una determinada comunidad académica. Neste artigo apresentamos uma secção que faz parte de um projecto de investigação mais amplo que analisa trajectórias pedagógicas em várias universidades nacionais. Centramo-nos na reconstrução da história de uma comunidade académica particular, os professores que se agrupam em torno do ensino da Pedagogia na Faculdade de Humanidades e Ciências da Educação da UNLP. Analisamos as relações sociais de conteúdos diversos (profissionais e pessoais) que, em cada momento, favoreceram a sua inserção institucional, trajectórias académicas e experiências de formação em cadeiras de pedagogia e a sua posição actual nas equipas responsáveis por estes espaços curriculares. A partir de um corpus teórico e metodológico interdisciplinar e flexível que reúne contributos de pedagogia, microanálise social e etnografia, aborda-se o caso acima referido, com preeminência de estratégias metodológicas qualitativas. O foco é o olhar dos actores sociais que tematizam as suas trajectórias académicas, as experiências e significados que foram construídos no processo de socialização e sociabilidade numa dada comunidade académica.
