Thinking of ourselves within the framework of uncertain global contexts that speak to us of a unipolar world with little predictability; to which are added, in addition, the effects of a war that, although distant, impacts the economies without distinction of planetary centers and peripheries. Carrying marks of a pandemic that does not end because not only does the virus mutate, but also -and for that very reason- society and us as part of it; we then need to relearn ourselves in our teaching practices. Update ourselves and generate new experiences and devices. Recognize ourselves again in a work process with various reconfigurations, finding clues of subjective changes, systematizing work practices in gray and painful contexts. Forcing us to rearm as university teachers. But also, as trainers and trainers of new educators from other logics that support us and help us conceptualize, theorize, resist and create. To imagine and refound projects and experiences with new designs and resources. To rehearse and perfect ourselves in the very development of our own teaching work. That is why the need to share this proposal for a Permanent Training Seminar, from, and for, the chair itself in its daily dynamics. Pensándonos en el marco de contextos globales inciertos que nos hablan de un mundo unipolar con poca previsibilidad; al que se suman, además, los efectos de una guerra que, aunque lejana, se hace sentir en las economías sin distinción de centros y periferias planetarias. Cargando marcas de una pandemia que no termina de pasar porque no sólo muta el virus, sino también -y por eso mismo- la sociedad y nosotros/as como parte de ella; es que necesitamos entonces reaprendernos en nuestras prácticas de la enseñanza. Actualizarnos y generar experiencias y dispositivos nuevos. Volver a reconocernos en un proceso de trabajo con diversas reconfiguraciones, encontrando pistas de cambios subjetivos, sistematizando prácticas laborales en contextos grises y dolorosos. Obligándonos a rearmarnos como docentes universitarios/as. Pero, además, como formadoras y formadores de nuevos y nuevas educadores/as, desde otras lógicas que nos sostengan y ayuden a conceptualizar, a teorizar, a resistir y a crear. A imaginar y refundar proyectos y experiencias con nuevos diseños y recursos. A ensayar y perfeccionarnos en el desarrollo mismo de nuestra propia labor docente. Por eso la necesidad de compartir esta propuesta de un Seminario de Formación Permanente, desde, y para, la propia cátedra en su dinámica cotidiana.
