The route proposed in the article recognizes a starting point in the anti-Gypsy climate experienced that is lived in Europe from the formation of modern States during the fifteenth century, moment in which the persecutions against the Romany People began, which extend to the present time. Este artículo tiene como objetivo explorar la situación de hiperextranjería y racismo sufrida porel Pueblo Gitano y ofrecer una descripción de las conductas más frecuentes que los miembrosde esta diáspora han desarrollado para protegerse de la discriminación y / o persecución porparte de la sociedad mayoritaria. El recorrido propuesto en el artículo reconoce un punto departida en el clima antigitano que se vive en Europa a partir de la formación de los Estadosmodernos durante el siglo XV; momento en el que se inician las persecuciones contra el PuebloRom, que se extienden hasta el momento actual. Este artigo pretende explorar a situação de hiperestrangeirismo e racismo sofridos pelo Povo Cigano e oferecer uma descrição dos comportamentos mais frequentes que os membros desta diáspora desenvolveram para se protegerem da discriminação e/ou perseguição por parte da sociedade maioritária. O percurso proposto neste artigo reconhece um ponto de partida no clima anticigano que se vive na Europa desde a formação dos Estados modernos durante o século XV, momento em que se iniciaram as perseguições contra o Povo Rom, que se estendem até nossos dias.
