The problematic that examines has its origin as part of a major investigation and came up in first conversations on fieldwork. The information has been obtained through participant observation and formal and informal interviews without technical tools. The paper concludes that lived danger and its consequent inhabiting are directly related to the exposure intensity of the subjects to the cemetery and its surroundings. El trabajo analiza el habitar específico de vecinos, trabajadores y visitantes del Cementerio San Vicente de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina, como consecuencia del peligro vivido. La problemática que examino a continuación tiene su génesis en el marco de una investigación mayor y surgió en las primeras conversaciones que sostuve en el campo. La información ha sido obtenida a través de la observación participante y de entrevistas informales y formales sin medios técnicos. El trabajo concluye que, el peligro vivido y el habitar consecuente está directamente relacionado con la intensidad de exposición de los sujetos al cementerio y sus cercanías. O trabalho analisa o morar específico de vizinhos, trabalhadores e visitantes do Cemitério São Vicente na cidade de Córdoba, Argentina, como consequência do perigo vivenciado. O problema que examino a seguir tem a sua génese no quadro de uma investigação maior e surgiu nas primeiras conversas que tive no terreno. As informações foram obtidas por meio de observação participante e entrevistas informais e formais sem meios técnicos. O trabalho conclui que o perigo vivenciado e o consequente habitar estão diretamente relacionados à intensidade de exposição dos sujeitos ao cemitério e seu entorno.
