From that perspective, and considering that subject understands himself in and for the language, the “proper” name plays a fundamental role in the identification process. Thus, in this article, I propose to realize an analysis of some literary texts, in order to identify the “proper” name as a double in relation to the process of identity construction. Una ampliación epistémico-metodológica acerca de cuestión del doble en la actualidad supone una mirada más compleja, en la que se consideren las condiciones del giro moderno que implicó el estudio lingüístico, el psicoanálisis y el análisis marxista. Para ello, resulta central revisar los textos de Freud y de Lacan – Lo Siniestro y apartados del Seminario 10-, en los que se realiza un estudio sobre lo (Un)Heimlich, en tanto una elaboración de la problemática del doble desde una lectura psicoanalítica y literaria, que es crucial para entender las implicaciones sociales de la temática. Desde esa perspectiva, considerando que el hombre se comprende en y por/para el lenguaje, una de las primeras relaciones críticas en las que se inscribe como sujeto, está la relación con el nombre “propio” como proceso de identificación.
