| Sumario: | The aim of this paper is to research self-discourses as central tools for configuration of trans identities in childhood in the following documentaries: Pequeña Elizabeth-Mati (Elizabeth Mía Chorubczyk, 2012) and Yo nena, yo princesa (Maria Aramburu, 2014). From a perspective that involves gender studies and documentary film theory, we discuss and relate both productions and reflect upon its enunciation strategies and formal aspects. In this sense, through the analysis of the films we aim to challenge, reinvent and pluralize the imposed pedagogies over bodies and sexualities. |
